These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the matcha subscription service ("Service") provided by DAY1 inc. ("Company", "we", "us").
Article 1: Application
These Terms establish the rights and obligations between the Company and customers regarding the use of our Service.
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2: Service Description
Our Service is a subscription-based delivery of premium Japanese matcha to customers in Malaysia.
Customers may choose from 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription plans.
Article 3: Pricing and Payment
Pricing is as specified for each plan, with additional shipping fees of RM27.
Payment is by credit card only and will be automatically charged monthly.
First month receives a 50% discount.
Article 4: Shipping
Products are shipped from Japan around the 15th of each month and delivered within 10 business days.
Delivery is limited to addresses within Malaysia.
Article 5: Changes and Cancellation
Plan changes and cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.
Refunds upon cancellation are subject to our Refund Policy.
Article 6: Prohibited Activities
Customers shall not engage in the following activities:
Providing false information
Bulk orders for resale purposes
Activities that interfere with our business operations
Article 7: Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages caused by shipping delays.
While we ensure product quality, we cannot guarantee against quality changes due to natural factors such as weather.
Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with Tokyo District Court having exclusive jurisdiction.
